Introduction

The BOSs™ consists of many modules which are available based on your personal or Company Memberships.

What are Memberships ?

Memberships are simply special user groups that can be public or requires formal permissions from the administrators of the group. 

Once you have logged in to program with your User Name and Password, go to the Memberships Module by selecting the Memberships Button on the left Control Center Bar.

This module lists all the memberships you currently are enrolled in as well as a Tab Section [Additional Memberships] listing all the available memberships. Based on each group's requirements, you will either be automatically approved, or screened by the administrator of the group.

What does this mean ?

For example you are a particular product user and you wish to join their Membership Group. In this case the administrator for the group will be notified when you select the group for membership. They will verify you are eligible to join and approve the membership. If for instance, you did not use their products and not part of their program ... don't expect to be approved.

With this process, we can provide secure access to information based on memberships.

Does this cost me more money ?

Currently the memberships to any group do not cost you additional in regards to The BOSs™  subscription fees, however the costs associated to be eligible for any membership group is based on the criteria established by the Group.

Why are these Memberships important ?

First, everything in The BOSs™ is based on your membership rights. What you see in the program in all Modules is a result of these memberships. For instance, a 30 day trial Guest has limited access to features, documents, discussions, events, links, and contact information. Based on your memberships, documents in the Knowledge Base Module are made available. For instance, you will not see documents not assigned to your membership rights.

Will I be missing a lot of information ?

We have placed a large number of documents available to everyone based on the entire Industry. We certainly believe you will be impressed with what is available. We will continue to add additional memberships so keep checking the Membership Module for additional membership groups to join.
