The BOSs™ consists of eleven main modules with content which is customized based on your
personal or Company Memberships. These main
modules on The Control Center include:

Each Module provides unique value to our subscribers and provides key business information to better manage their daily business needs. |
Additional Modules: This module contains more business modules from the best of best 3rd party providers. These programs normally offer a free trial period so you can see first hand their value to your business before buying them.
Announcements: This module will provide you the latest information regarding The BOSs™ as well as your personal announcement area for your Company Members. These personal or Company announcements are only visible for your Company Group.
Contacts: This module is a full functional web based contact manager that includes contact information for Key Industry contacts grouped by user groups. It also is a completely private contact manager for your company or even personal contacts.
Discussion Groups: This module provides a complete discussion forum where the issues can be discussed and resolved. Groups can manage their own discussion topics and get their group input while maintaining the highest security levels.
Events: This module provides an event planner and Industry calendar of upcoming events. This module is also a complete company and personal calendar as well, which will set daily reminders on the opening screen.
Knowledge Base: This module provides the greatest benefit to your business with thousands of Industry forms, checklists, procedures, flow charts, spreadsheets, and other industry best practices. Most of the documents supplied are completely editable, downloadable, printable, and can be stored on-line for easy filing.
The user must have Microsoft Office™ 97 or above to take advantage of the editing features. Adobe Acrobat Reader, imaging programs, and other free utilities may be needed as well to take advantage of some of the items stored in this module such as video and audio clips.
Links: This module will provide industry, company, group, and personal links to websites you can use to conduct business to business transactions, get up to date information, of bookmark your company or personal preferred sites.
Memberships: This modules provides a listing of your current membership groups you are involved in, other memberships you may want to join, the area to sign up for additional company users, and your personal profile information including how to change your password.
As the administrator of your group or company account, you will also have areas to add additional company users to your profile, edit existing ones, and set rights to your members. You have the ability to allow others in your groups to upload and edit company documents.
This module is the key to BOSs™ security and should be considered seriously.
Opinion Surveys: This module allows us to conduct industry surveys to provide you with what the industry's opinion really is on the issues. This is immediately charted to see the running and final results.
Storage: This module is a web based storage cabinet for your documents. With the Web Folder Option in Microsoft Office™ you can save your customized and edited documents in your secure web storage area.
The storage area can be set up with different folders to quickly identify the document locations.
What's New: This module is designed to give you the latest addition to New Announcements, New Events, and New Documents added. Go here every time to check out how we are adding value every day.
The Search: This feature allows you to search quickly the database for Events, Contacts, Documents, and even the web.
This allows you to find our documents by "Key Words". An example would be to search "Documents" for "Pay Plans" would find all documents related to pay plans ... making it easier to find information.
